Zheng Gu Shui – pronounced Jeng Goo Shway
A water based Chinese Herbal pain relief liniment traditionally used in the Kung Fu community to assist with injury management, bruising and healing. Commonly used for arthritis/rheumatic pain, inflammation of joints, muscular tension and so on. It moves blood stasis and promotes healing via improved circulation. May be used 3 to 4 times daily but should not be used on irritated or damaged skin. Produces a mild to moderate heat of the underlying area of application. For external use only.
